1. Scope
These Terms apply to the official Gamtropy website (the “Website”) operated by Gamtropy Co., Ltd. (遊戲熵股份有限公司, “Gamtropy,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, a user confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.
Installation and use of Game software are governed by the General End User License Agreement. External stores, platforms, and third-party services are governed by their own terms.
2. Website content and services
The Website provides information about Gamtropy, its Games, distribution platforms, news, videos, and contact methods. It does not provide account registration, on-site purchases or payments, newsletter subscriptions, or an online contact form.
We may change Website content or suspend the Website for maintenance, security, content updates, or operational reasons. Existing statutory and contractual rights remain governed by applicable law and contract.
3. Intellectual property
Software, text, images, Game names, characters, trademarks, logos, videos, audio, and other Website content are owned by Gamtropy, its partners, or licensors unless otherwise stated.
Without the rights holder’s prior consent, a user must not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, publicly display, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit that content. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
4. Acceptable use
We may take reasonable protective measures and pursue available remedies where a user violates these rules.
- Do not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or harmful activity.
- Do not gain unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, disrupt the Website, or bypass security measures.
- Do not impersonate Gamtropy, falsify a source, or use automated extraction in a manner that interferes with normal Website operation.
5. External links and third-party services
Stores, social networks, media sites, YouTube, and other external links are operated by their respective providers. We do not control third-party content, availability, transaction terms, or data practices. Users should review the terms and privacy policy of a service after leaving the Website.
Game prices, availability, payments, refunds, downloads, and platform accounts are handled by the applicable transaction or distribution platform under its rules.
6. Privacy
We process Website usage data, consent preferences, and email voluntarily sent by users as described in the Privacy Policy. A user may refuse website analytics and third-party media without losing access to the Website’s main content.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep Website information accurate, but Game status, platform availability, price, and external links may be changed by third parties. The information shown by the applicable platform at the time of a transaction controls that transaction.
We are not liable for inability to use the Website caused by natural events, network or telecommunications interruption, third-party service failure, or another cause not attributable to Gamtropy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a user’s mandatory consumer rights.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Any matter required by mandatory law forms part of these Terms even if not expressly stated.
9. Governing law, jurisdiction, and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). A dispute is submitted to a court with jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure and the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan, without limiting any other jurisdiction available to a user under mandatory law.
If the Traditional Chinese and English versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version controls, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
